Hadassah founded BYA in 2014 working from a home setting and then launched the Kirkstall clinic in 2016. Since the launch Hadassah has performed over 20,000 procedures. Hadassah is especially well known for her precision and aesthetic eye. Her most popular treatments to perform are Non Surgical Rhinoplasty, Lip Enhancements and IV Therapy. Along with these treatments Hadassah performs a wide range of injectables, skincare treatments and also delivers an exceptionally high level of training to medical professionals who wish to embark on their aesthetic career. 

Hadassah has travelled the world with the all known dermal filler 'Teoxane" brand and is continuously excelling within the industry. 

Ellie graduated from Newcastle University Medical School in 2011 and began her Aesthetics career in 2013. Dr Ellie’s most popular treatments include Lip Enhancements, Mid Face Contour and Toxin treatments. Dr Ellie offers a range of other injectable treatments alongside bespoke prescription skincare regimes and protocols. 

 

Dr Ellie is also Specialist Registrar in Emergency Medicine and works within busy Emergency Departments in Yorkshire. Dr Ellie thoroughly enjoys both of her roles as a Doctor and attends regular training to ensure she is providing safe evidence based treatments in her dual careers.

Lucy began her aesthetics career with BYA in 2019 after attending training at the clinic. Lucy’s natural talent was recognised throughout training and she was personally headhunted by BYA founder and CEO, Hadassah. 

Lucy has since attended a wide range of advanced training including Midface, Jaw and Cheek Enhancement and her injecting talent is recognised far and wide. 

Lucy’s most popular treatments include Lip Enhancement, Lower Facial Fillers and Skin Boosting Injections. Lucy also performs a range of other injectable treatments along with performing PCA Prescription Only Skin Packages. 

 

Lucy continues to work within the NHS as a Paediatric Nurse and her caring and compassionate nature is highly valued within both of her Nursing roles.

Claire graduated as an Adult Nurse in 2010 and has most recently completed an MSc in Health and Community Care. Claire has developed a wide range of skills and is excelling within her career in the NHS as an Emergency Department Sister. 

Claire began her aesthetic journey in 2017 working independently and has been carrying out a wide range of medical injectable treatments prior to working within our team. Claire has attended many injectable training days to further her skills and has a real passion for non surgical aesthetic treatments. 

Recently Claire has been awarded with her prescribing qualification and offers a wide range of dermal filler and anti wrinkle treatments with BYA. 

Nicole began working for BYA in 2017 as a Clinic Manager. Since then she has used her extensive beauty therapy knowledge and experience to provide bespoke treatments for patients at BYA. Nicole’s most popular treatments include Advanced Skin Peels, Aquapure Facials, Skin Needling and HIFU.

Alongside these treatments Nicole also offers a range of non invasive treatments to target Fat Loss, Skin Tightening and IPL and Laser for hair and tattoo removal and cryotherapy.

Nicole thrives on delivering a high quality, personalised and honest service to all patients who visit our clinic.

Amber has 13 years experience in the skin industry and began working in a clinical setting 5 years ago and has been surrounded by expert medical professionals, working along side injectors and carrying out skin treatments.

Amber regularly attends training sessions to keep her skills and knowledge up-to-date. 

Amber holds a range of qualifications, as well as private skin training. Amber carries out Advanced Skin Peels, Aquapure Facials, Skin Needling, Dermaplaning, Cryotherapy, HIFU Face and Body and Morpheus8 treatments.

Amber is passionate about patients & their results and takes great pleasure in delivering high standard treatments. 

Becky graduated from Leeds Medical School in 2016 and more recently completed an advanced dermatology diploma at The University of Cardiff. She began her aesthetic career in 2020 and currently balances this with her work as a GP as well as within a specialist community dermatology service in Bradford.

With Dr Becky’s extensive expertise in dermatology she is passionate about rejuvenative aesthetics, and loves to offer transformative treatments that prioritise skin health and natural beauty. Her most popular treatments include skin boosting injections, anti-wrinkle treatments and mid-facial contouring. She is enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge on skin care and regularly keeps up to date with dermatology and aesthetic training.

With over 12 years industry experience, Odessa is a qualified teacher, internal quality assurer and international examiner in The Aesthetic and Beauty industry.

As lead skin trainer at BYA Odessa’s role is to deliver Dermaplaning training courses to anyone wishing to increase their portfolio of treatments offered at their clinic or practice. 

Odessa’s knowledge is highly regarded and she is a true industry expert. 

Megan works as a Personal Assistant within Be You Medical group and works at both our Kirkstall & Wetherby clinics.

Megan plays an important role assisting our marketing team particularly focusing on content creation and social media management. Although you may not meet Megan face to face, she works predominantly behind the scenes assisting with the running and administration side our skincare brand, aesthetic clinics & our training academy.

Megan is a highly motivated and friendly individual.
