OURTERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING & CONSULTATION FEE
- A £50 booking/consultation fee is required immediately upon booking to secure the appointment. Details can be found in the confirmation email.
- Once received, the appointment will be automatically secured. This will also be deducted from the total balance on the day of treatment.
- For any appointments over £500, remaining balance will be required upfront on the day of the treatment after your consultation and prior to the procedure being performed.
- If the booking fee is not received, the appointment will be cancelled.
- Please be aware that booking/consultation fees are non refundable.
RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
- To reschedule or cancel an appointment, a minimum of 2 working days must be given to transfer the booking fee over to a future booking and to be used within 3 months.
- If less than 2 working days notice is given, this will incur in a loss of booking fee.
IMPROTANT INFORMATION
- Details of any medical conditions or previous surgical procedures must be provided prior to booking an appointment.
- If relevant medical conditions/surgery details are not provided and we are unable to go ahead with treatment, the booking fee cannot be refunded.
- We have a late policy to ensure that appointments run on time. If patients are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, this will be classed as a ‘no show’ and incur in a loss of booking fee.
- Please be aware that we do not allow any under 16's in the clinic.
REFUSAL TO TREAT
- Our practitioners have a right to refuse treatment in the best interest of our patients. This may include: previous over treatment, past medical history, patient sense of body dysmorphia. There are often circumstances where we may deem someone unsuitable for treatment. Please be aware that in this instance the consultation fee will not be refunded.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
- We're committed to providing a professional service to all our patients. We do, however, have a complaints procedure in place should you feel unhappy with the outcome of any treatment or service provided. Firstly, we would kindly ask that you contact us in writing. Please send your complaint via email to info@beyouaestheticsleeds.co.uk.
- All treatments are non refundable, however we aim to ensure all parties come to an amicable outcome.
- Should you require filler reversal, there is a £50.00 fee if visited us within 1 year, if over a year has passed there is a charge of £200.00 reversal fee.
- In the unlikely event a patient requests a dermal filler reversal, we will consider the matter a complaint and our complaints procedure should be adhered to. We hope that we can come to a resolution to ensure all our patients are happy post procedure and we will aim to respond via email within 7 working days of the initial complaint.
