  • How is the treatment performed?

    A small sample of blood is taken from the arm and placed into a centrifuge and spun to separate the plasma from the red blood cells. The sample is then re- injected into the area of concern. 

  • How do I prepare for treatment?

    - Avoid alcohol and cigarettes 2-3 days prior to treatment.


    - Increase hydration and ensure you drink a litre of water prior to treatment.


    - Wash hair and avoid hair products.


    - Avoid use of medications including steriods, anticoagulants, NSAIDs, and blood thinning herbal supplements. 

  • When will I see results?

    Results are best noticed after 3-4 weeks. We recommend a course of 3-6 treatments every 4 weeks. 

  • What's the downtime?

    Bruising, swelling and tenderness may be noticed at the injection sites. Bruising may last up to 2 weeks. 

  • How do I maintain results?

    After a course a treatments, we recommend 6 monthly maintenance treatments for optimum results.
