  • IS THE TREATMENT PAINFUL?

    Treatment is relatively comfortable and has a light vibrating sensation on the skin. There should be no need for numbing cream. 

  • HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR BEST RESULTS?

    Results can be visible after just one treatment, however for optimum results we recommend 3 - 6 treatments, 4-6 weeks apart.  This is dependant on the individual and their skin concerns. 

  • DO I NEED TO PREPARE MY SKIN FOR TREATMENT?

    Please avoid sun exposure for at least 48 hours prior to treatment. Extreme sun exposure / sun beds should be avoided for 2 weeks. 


    Please avoid using any topical ointment/creams with any active ingredients in.

  • WHAT IS THE DOWNTIME?

    There is minimal downtime after skin needling. Redness is to be expected and can last for around 24 - 48 hours. 


    Some patients may find that their skin feels tighter then usual and sometimes can experience flaking.

  • WHAT IS THE AFTERCARE?

    Aftercare will be discussed during your consultation however SPF is a MUST after treatment.
