Don't use sun beds for at least two weeks prior to treatment, the same applies to excessive sun exposure.
Avoid using Retinols for a week prior to your appointment.

Stay cool and avoid using anything too hot on the skin during peeling (including hot flannels).
Keep well moisturised and use a SPF daily post peel.
Avoid sun beds, swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms & exercise post treatment.
Avoid exfoliating for two weeks prior to treatment.
Don't pick any flaking / peeling skin.
Don't apply ice or iced water to the treated area.
You may experience redness, erythema, flaking/peeling for several days.
Allow up to 10 days of downtime.
The skin may start to shed and peel around day 3 / 4 post treatment, the amount of peeling is dependant on the individual. This can be disguised with lots of moisturiser.
You may experience some sensitivity and redness post peel.
For the 6 % Retinol Peels, a course of 3 treatments is recommended 4 weeks apart for best results, however results can be noticed after just 1 treatment.
For the Sensi Peel, treatment can be repeated after 3-4 weeks if deemed suitable.
The 6% Retinol Peels are best suited to patients with normal - resilliant skin. This treatment is not suitable for patients with psoriasis.
The Sensi Peel is suitable for ALL skin types including those with sensitive skin and psoriasis.
