  • Are all of your injectors medical professionals?

    YES! All of our injectors are qualified medical professionals, including a team of experienced doctors and registered nurses. Your safety and results are our top priority, and you can feel confident knowing you're in expert hands.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    The most convenient way to book is through our Fresha booking system, which shows all of our upcoming availability. You can also contact the clinic directly by phone or email if you prefer.

  • Is a deposit required to book?

    Yes, a £50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. Details are provided in your confirmation email upon booking.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, allowing your deposit to be transferred to the new booking. If you cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • How many clinics do you have?

    We have two clinics - one located in Wetherby town centre and the other on Commercial Road in Kirkstall Leeds. Most of our experienced practitioners work across both locations to provide consistent, expert care wherever you choose to visit us.

  • What will happen on the day of my appointment?

    Most patients have their consultation and treatment on the same day. When you arrive, you’ll be asked to complete a consent form. After that, you’ll be taken to one of our treatment rooms for your consultation.


    During the consultation, you’ll discuss your goals and options with one of our practitioners. This is a great opportunity to receive personalised advice and find the treatment best suited to your needs. We'll then go over any potential side effects and risks.


    You’ll have plenty of time to ask any questions you may have. Once your treatment is complete and you’re happy with the results, our practitioners will provide detailed aftercare instructions, which will also be sent to you via email.

  • Do I need to come for a consultation before booking in for treatment?

    A consultation with our practitioners is always included within your appointment. We do also offer separate consultation appointments if desired.

  • Which treatments do you offer?

    We offer a wide range of treatments including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, PRP, Polynucleotides, Morpheus8 , HIFU, and various skin rejuvenation treatments tailored to your needs.

  • How many ml’s do you recommend for a first time patient interested in lip enhancement?

    We recommend 1ml for first time patients for a natural transformation. This is because 0.5ml is injected into the vermillion border (lip line) for definition and the remaining 0.5ml is used for volume. This ensures a natural result!

  • What if I have a reaction or concern after my treatment?

    This would be extremly rare. We provide full aftercare instructions and are always available to support you post-treatment. Just contact the clinic with any concerns.

  • Which dermal fillers do you use?

    We use award winning dermal fillers by Teoxane.
